Building a full website
Websites in Intellivizz CRM differ from funnels by having multi-page navigation, a header and footer that persist across pages, and (usually) more content depth. Use websites for your business's main online presence.
Plan your site structure first
Before building, sketch the page list:
Home
About
Services / Products (one page each, or one parent + sub-pages)
Pricing or Plans
Contact / Book
Blog (optional)
Privacy Policy + Terms (legally required)
Create the site
Sites → Websites → "+ New Website"
Choose a template (or start blank)
Set up the global header (logo, navigation menu, contact info)
Set up the global footer (about blurb, contact, links, social)
Build each page in the visual editor
Connect a custom domain
Publish
Header and footer
Edit once, applies to every page — saves hours of duplicated work
Header should include: logo (links to home), nav menu, contact info or CTA button
Footer should include: legal links (privacy, terms), contact info, social media, newsletter signup
Built-in blog
Sites → your website → Blog → "+ New Post"
Each post has SEO fields: meta title, meta description, slug, featured image
Categorize and tag posts for filtering
Schedule posts to publish at specific dates
Built-in author bios; multiple authors per site supported
NOTE — Privacy Policy and Terms are not optional
Every business website with any data collection (forms, cookies, chat widget) must have a published Privacy Policy.
