By default, your funnels and websites publish on a generic Intellivizz subdomain. To use your own domain (yourbusiness.com), you connect it via DNS records. SSL/HTTPS is provisioned automatically.
Sites → Domains → "+ Add Domain"
Enter your domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com or pages.yourbusiness.com)
Choose: root domain (yourbusiness.com) or subdomain (pages.yourbusiness.com)
Intellivizz CRM displays the DNS records you need to add (typically a CNAME or A record)
Log in to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.)
Add the DNS records exactly as shown
Wait for propagation (5 minutes–2 hours typically)
Click "Verify" in Intellivizz CRM — once verified, SSL provisions automatically (5–10 minutes)
| Setup | Best for | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Root: yourbusiness.com | Replacing your existing site entirely with Intellivizz | Cannot coexist with another website on the same root — it's all-or-nothing |
| Subdomain: pages.yourbusiness.com | Coexist with an existing website (WordPress, Wix, etc.) | Use "go.", "pages.", "book.", or "app." as common subdomains |
| Path-based: yourbusiness.com/book | Embedding via reverse proxy | Advanced — requires developer setup |
You can connect multiple domains to one account
Each funnel or website is assigned to a specific domain when published
Common pattern: yourbusiness.com (main site) + book.yourbusiness.com (Intellivizz funnel for ads)
SSL certificates auto-renew — no manual action needed
If a renewal fails (rare — usually a DNS change broke verification), you'll get an email
Re-verify the DNS records to restore SSL
