Search engines won't rank your page if they don't understand it. Intellivizz CRM gives you all the standard SEO controls — you just have to use them.
1. Open any page in the editor
2. Click the gear icon → SEO Settings
3. Set:
Meta title (50–60 characters — the blue link in Google results)
Meta description (150–160 characters — the snippet under the blue link)
Slug (the URL ending: keep short, hyphenated, keyword-relevant)
Open Graph image (the preview when shared on Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter)
Open Graph title and description (often same as meta, but customizable)
One H1 per page — the main page heading; should contain your primary keyword
H2/H3 subheadings — use them to structure content; help search engines understand topics
Image alt text — every image needs descriptive alt text (also helps accessibility)
Internal links — link from each page to related pages on your site
Mobile-friendly — Google's mobile-first index means slow or broken mobile pages tank rankings
Page speed — compress images, avoid huge embedded videos on first paint
Sites → your site → SEO Settings
Set the default meta title pattern (e.g., " | Your Business Name")
Add Google Analytics tracking code
Add Google Search Console verification
Submit your sitemap.xml to Search Console (Intellivizz CRM auto-generates it at /sitemap.xml)
NOTE — SEO is a long game
Don't expect rankings to change in days. Most pages take 3–6 months of consistent work (publishing fresh content, earning backlinks, building topical authority) before they rank for competitive keywords. Local SEO (Google Business Profile) often produces faster wins for small businesses.
Sites → your site → SEO Settings → Robots.txt
Default allows all search engines to index everything — this is correct for most businesses
If you want to hide a specific page from search engines, set its meta-robots to "noindex" in the page's SEO settings (Sales pages, internal pages, etc.)
