Products and price points

Products are the service or item catalog you sell. Each product can have one or more price points (e.g., monthly + annual, or basic + premium). Once defined, products are reusable across invoices, subscriptions, and checkout pages.

Create a product

  • Payments → Products → "+ New Product"

  • Set product name (customer-facing)

  • Set description

  • Upload an image (optional, used in checkout pages)

  • Set price(s): one-time, recurring (monthly/annual), or both

  • Configure tax behavior

  • Set inventory tracking if applicable

  • Save

One-time vs. recurring

  • One-time: single charge - services, products, deposits

  • Recurring: auto-charges on schedule - subscriptions, memberships, retainers

Multi-tier pricing

A single product can have multiple price points. Common patterns:

  • Service Tier 1: $99/mo, Tier 2: $249/mo, Tier 3: $499/mo

  • Standard: $1,200/year OR $120/mo (annual = 17% discount)

  • Per-unit pricing: $50 setup + $25/user/mo

Bundling and cross-selling

  • Group related products in collections ("Service Packages," "Add-Ons")

  • Use checkout pages with multiple products to sell bundles

  • Offer add-ons during checkout: "Add a year of priority support for $99"
