These are the workflows nearly every Intellivizz CRM business should have running. Most are pre-loaded as part of your 3 included automations — customize them to your voice and turn them on.

Pattern 1: Missed Call Text-Back

  • Trigger: Missed Call

  • Wait: 30 seconds

  • Action: Send SMS "Hi! Just missed your call. How can I help?"

  • Why: Recovers a measurable share of missed leads who would otherwise call a competitor

Pattern 2: New Lead Welcome Sequence

  • Trigger: Form Submitted (Contact form)

  • Action: Send confirmation SMS + Email immediately

  • Wait: 2 hours

  • Condition: Has the contact replied or booked?

  • If no: Send follow-up SMS

  • Wait: 1 day

  • If still no engagement: Send email with booking link

Pattern 3: Appointment Reminder Cycle

  • Trigger: Appointment Booked

  • Action: Send confirmation email + SMS

  • Wait until 24h before: Send reminder SMS "Reply C to confirm, R to reschedule"

  • Wait until 1h before: Send final SMS

  • Wait until 1h after: Send review request

Pattern 4: No-Show Recovery

  • If no reschedule: Send email + tag as no-show-followup-needed

Pattern 5: Win-Back Dormant Customers

  • Trigger: Last activity 90 days ago AND Tag = customer

  • Action: Send personal email "It's been a while — here's what's new"

  • Wait: 5 days

  • If no response: Send SMS with re-engagement offer

Pattern 6: Birthday Surprise

  • Trigger: Date trigger — contact birthday

  • Action (8 AM contact local time): Send personalized SMS with birthday offer

  • Wait: 5 days

  • If unredeemed: Send reminder email

Pattern 7: Review Request

  • Trigger: Appointment Completed OR Payment Received

  • Wait: 2 hours (let the experience settle)

  • Action: Send SMS asking for review with direct Google link

  • Condition: If sentiment in reply is positive → push to Google. If negative → route to internal team
