Google services are some of the most-used integrations in Intellivizz CRM. Each is connected separately and serves a distinct purpose.
Two-way sync between your personal Google Calendar and Intellivizz CRM. Bookings made through your CRM calendar appear on your Google Calendar; events on Google Calendar block out time on your CRM availability.
Go to Settings → My Profile → Calendar Settings
Click "Connect" next to Google Calendar
Sign in and approve permissions
Choose which Google Calendar(s) to sync (you may have multiple)
Save
If you want emails sent from Conversations to come from your actual Gmail address (and threaded into your Sent folder), connect Gmail.
Go to Settings → My Profile → Email Settings
Click "Connect Gmail"
Sign in, approve OAuth permissions
Once connected, your outbound emails route through Gmail's servers - deliverability matches your normal Gmail reputation
NOTE — Gmail connection vs. domain-verified sending
Connecting Gmail (OAuth) is good for personal-volume outbound (1:1 emails). For bulk / marketing email, use domain verification with SPF/DKIM/DMARC instead - see Email Marketing. Don't try to blast 5,000 emails through your personal Gmail; Google will rate-limit you.
Connects your Google Business listing so reviews flow into Reputation Management, customer messages reach your CRM inbox, and you can post replies + Google Posts directly from Intellivizz CRM. See Reputation Management for full setup.
If you keep contacts in Google, you can do a one-time CSV export and import (recommended) or use Zapier to maintain ongoing sync. Native two-way Google Contacts sync is not currently a default integration.
