Inviting and onboarding team members

Your plan includes up to 25 users at no extra cost. Adding the right people - with the right permissions - is one of the highest-leverage decisions in your account setup.

How to invite a user

  1. Go to Settings → My Staff

  2. Click "+ Add Employee" (top right)

  3. Fill in: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone (optional but recommended for 2FA)

  4. Select User Role: Admin or User

  5. Configure permissions for each module (Contacts, Conversations, Calendars, etc.)

  6. Optionally assign the user to specific calendars and pipelines

  7. Click Save — the user receives an invite email immediately

What the new user sees

  • Email subject line: "You've been invited to [your business name]"

  • Click-through link expires in 7 days — if missed, you'll need to re-send

  • First-time login asks them to set a password and enable 2FA

  • Their default landing page is the Conversations dashboard

TIP — Bulk inviting? Stagger over 2–3 days

If you're onboarding 5+ users at once, invite them in waves rather than all on day one. New users typically need 30–60 minutes of guided walk-through to be productive — staggering invites lets you actually deliver that.

Resending an invite

  1. Go to Settings → My Staff

  2. Find the pending user (their status will show "Invited")

  3. Click the three-dot menu → "Resend Invite"
