Stage transitions are some of the most powerful workflow triggers in Intellivizz CRM. Every time an opportunity moves, you can automatically send messages, assign tasks, update fields, or hand off to other team members.

Common stage automations to set up

New Lead stage

  • Auto-SMS within 5 minutes ("Hi , thanks for reaching out…")

  • Email confirmation with next-step booking link

  • Internal task: assigned rep must call within 24h

Quote Sent stage

  • Day 1: confirmation email with quote attached (if not already sent)

  • Day 3: SMS check-in ("Did you get a chance to review?")

  • Day 7: phone call task assigned to rep

Won stage

  • Send welcome / onboarding email immediately

  • Tag as customer, add to active-customer smart list

  • Internal alert to ops team to begin fulfillment

  • Schedule a 30-day check-in

Lost stage

  • Send a polite "thank you for considering us" email
