Connecting Google and Facebook

Connect Google Business Profile (GBP)

  1. Settings → Integrations

  2. Click "Connect" next to Google Business Profile

  3. Sign in with the Google account that manages your business listing

  4. Authorize the requested permissions

  5. Select your business location(s)

  6. Once connected: new reviews flow into Conversations and trigger workflows

Connect Facebook

  1. Settings → Integrations

  2. Click "Connect" next to Facebook

  3. Sign in to your Facebook account (must be Page admin)

  4. Select the business page(s) to connect

  5. Authorize permissions for messages and reviews

Other review platforms

  • Yelp — limited API; Intellivizz can monitor via web scraping but cannot post replies through API

  • TripAdvisor — same limitation as Yelp

  • Industry-specific platforms (Healthgrades, Avvo, Houzz, Zillow): some support direct integration; others require manual monitoring

  • If your industry depends heavily on a specific review platform, ask Intellivizz support about custom integration options

What flows in once connected

  • Every new review (with star rating, review text, reviewer name)

  • Customer messages sent through your listing

  • Q&A questions posted on your listing

  • Listing engagement metrics

WARNING — Don't lose access by changing accounts

If the Google account or Facebook account that authorized the integration leaves your business, the connection breaks and all your review activity stops flowing in. Use a business email (not someone's personal account) to authorize, and document who has access. Never let one departing employee take your reputation tools with them.
