Real-time review notifications

Configure alerts so you know about new reviews within minutes — not days later when a customer brings it up.

  1. Reputation → Notifications

  2. Set who gets alerted on each event:

  • Any new review (positive or negative)

  • New 1–2 star review (priority alert)

  • New review with no response after 24 hours

  • New review mentioning a specific keyword (e.g., "refund," "bad," "awful," your competitor)

  1. Choose channel: email, SMS, mobile push, or all

Reputation dashboard

  • Reputation → Dashboard

  • Shows: average rating across platforms, total reviews, this month's reviews, response rate, average response time

  • Trend graphs over time

  • Quick-link to unresponded reviews

Competitive monitoring

  • Track up to 5 competitor businesses by their Google Place ID

  • See their review activity and rating trends in your dashboard

  • Useful for benchmarking: are you growing faster, slower, or in line with peers?

Review velocity tracking

  • Track reviews per month — trending up or down

  • Track response time — average hours to respond

  • Track rating distribution — are you getting more 5-stars or has the average shifted?

  • Use these to spot quality issues early
