Two-way sync means: appointments booked in Intellivizz CRM appear on your personal Google or Outlook calendar AND busy times on your personal calendar block availability in Intellivizz CRM. This is the most important calendar setting for any business owner.
My Profile → Calendar Settings
Click "Connect Google Calendar"
Sign in with the Google account you want to sync
Approve the requested permissions (read + write events)
Select which Google calendar(s) to sync — you can sync multiple
Choose direction: read busy times only, write Intellivizz events only, or full two-way (recommended)

Sign in with your Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com account
Approve permissions
Choose calendars and sync direction
If a slot is busy on your synced personal calendar, Intellivizz CRM hides it from public booking
If two appointments try to book the same slot, the second is rejected automatically
Manual events you add directly to Google/Outlook propagate to Intellivizz within ~5 minutes
Intellivizz appointments push to Google/Outlook within ~30 seconds
NOTE — Multiple staff = multiple syncs
Each team member needs to connect their own personal calendar in their own My Profile. Round Robin and Collective calendars combine the availability of all connected staff in real time — if any staff member's calendar isn't connected, their busy times can't be respected and they may get double-booked.
Tokens occasionally expire (Google/Microsoft policy) — a banner notifies you to reconnect
Reconnecting doesn't delete or duplicate any events — sync simply resumes
If you change your Google/Microsoft password, you'll need to reconnect
