Connecting your Google Business Profile (GBP, formerly Google My Business) to Intellivizz CRM lets you manage customer messages, reviews, and Q&A from a single inbox — critical for local service businesses.
Settings → Integrations
Click "Connect" next to Google Business Profile
Sign in with the Google account that owns your listing
Approve the requested permissions
Select your business listing(s)
Customer messages sent through your Google listing
New reviews (with star rating and review text)
Q&A questions posted on your listing
Open the review in Conversations — you'll see the customer's name, star rating, and full review text
Click "Reply"
Compose your response — keep it professional, brand-voice, and brief
Click Send — your reply posts publicly under the review on Google
