Open Conversations from the left sidebar. The default view shows all unread conversations across every channel, sorted by most recent activity.
Left rail: filters and folders - All, Unread, Mine, Mentioned, Starred, by channel
Middle pane: list of conversations - each row shows contact name, latest message preview, channel icon, and timestamp
Right pane: the active conversation thread plus contact details, notes, and quick actions
