Go to Reporting → Custom Reports → "+ New Report"
Choose your data source from the list above
Add filters: date range, status, tag, source, owner, etc. (each filter narrows the rows shown)
Choose columns: drag fields you want from the available list to the report layout
(Optional) Add group-by: "by source", "by user", "by month"
(Optional) Add chart: bar, line, pie, or table-only
Save and name the report
Optionally schedule it to email weekly/monthly (see)
Revenue by lead source by month, last 12 months
Average response time by user, last 30 days
No-show rate by calendar, by day-of-week, last 90 days
Workflow error log, last 7 days, grouped by workflow
New contacts by tag, monthly trend
Pipeline conversion rate by stage, by sales rep
