Almost every report can be exported on demand or scheduled to email automatically. This is how teams stay aligned without anyone manually pulling numbers each Monday.
Export on demand
Open any report
Click the export icon (top right)
Choose format: CSV (raw data, opens in Excel/Sheets), PDF (formatted, ready to share), XLSX (Excel native)
Choose included columns
Click Export — small reports download immediately, large ones email when ready
Schedule a report
Open the report
Click "Schedule" (calendar icon)
Choose frequency: Daily, Weekly (pick day), Monthly (pick date), or Custom
Add recipients (email addresses) — they don't need Intellivizz CRM logins
Choose attachment format: PDF for executives, CSV for analysts
Add a custom subject line and body message

TIP — Common scheduled report setups
Monday 7am: weekly performance summary to leadership team. End of month: full-month attribution + revenue report to owner. Daily 6pm: missed calls + open opportunities to operations manager. Daily 8am: yesterday's appointments + today's schedule to receptionist.
Direct API access
If you need raw data piped into a BI tool (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase) or a data warehouse, Intellivizz CRM's API supports authenticated bulk-export endpoints. Contact your specialist or [email protected] for API credentials and the integration docs.

NOTE — HIPAA accounts: data export rules
Medical (HIPAA) plan accounts must coordinate any bulk exports through their compliance specialist. PHI cannot be emailed in plain CSV — it must be transferred via encrypted SFTP or downloaded directly from an authenticated session. The standard PDF/CSV email export still works for non-PHI report types (counts, aggregates, trends).
