Build your first course

A course in Intellivizz CRM is a structured collection of modules, each containing lessons. Think of it as a book: the course is the book, modules are chapters, lessons are the sections within each chapter.

Create the course shell

1.   Go to Memberships → Courses → "+ New Course"

2.   Enter the course name (this is what members see)

3.   Add a course description (1–2 paragraphs that appear on the course landing page)

4.   Upload a course thumbnail image (1280×720 px is ideal, PNG or JPG, under 1 MB)

5.   Choose a category (you can create new categories on the fly)

6.   Set drip schedule (immediate access, scheduled per module, or fully sequential)

7.   Click Save

Add modules

1.    Open your course

2.   Click "+ Add Module"

3.   Name it descriptively ("Module 1: Foundations")

4.   Repeat for each major chunk of content

5.   Reorder by dragging — the order shown to members will match what you see

NOTE — How drip release works

Drip release means content unlocks over time, not all at once. Three modes: Immediate (everything available on signup), Sequential (next module unlocks when previous is completed), or Time-based (Module 2 unlocks 7 days after signup, Module 3 at 14 days, etc.). Time-based drips often increase completion rates by 20–40% by reducing overwhelm.

Course landing page

Each course gets a public landing page that you can customize and share. The default template includes title, description, instructor info, module breakdown, FAQ, and a CTA to enroll. To customize:

1.    Open your course

2.    Click "Landing Page"

3.    Edit any section using the drag-and-drop builder (same as Funnels & Websites)

4.    Add testimonials, video previews, social proof

5.    Click "Publish" — you'll get a shareable URL like /course/your-course-slug
