If your A2P submission is rejected, the system will tell you why. Here are the most common rejection reasons and how to fix each.

| Privacy policy missing or doesn't mention SMS | Add SMS opt-in language to your privacy policy. Generic privacy policies fail verification |

WARNING — Some industries get stricter enforcement
Cannabis (even legal in your state), gambling, payday loans, adult content, debt collection, and certain political messaging face heightened scrutiny. Some are outright banned from A2P SMS regardless of legality. If you're in one of these industries, contact Intellivizz support before submitting — there are alternative paths that may apply.
Read the rejection reason carefully
Fix the underlying issue (privacy policy, sample message, address, etc.)
Resubmit — no additional fee for resubmission
Allow another 1–7 business days for re-review
If rejected a second time for the same reason, contact Intellivizz support
