Zoom and other video conferencing
If your business runs sales calls, consultations, or coaching sessions over video, connect Zoom (or Google Meet / Microsoft Teams) so meeting links auto-generate when customers book.
Connect Zoom
Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoom
Click "Connect Zoom"
Sign in to your Zoom account
Approve OAuth permissions
Choose which calendars should auto-generate Zoom links (typically: all sales-call calendars)
Save

Customer books an appointment on a connected calendar
Intellivizz CRM creates a unique Zoom meeting via API at the moment of booking
Confirmation email and reminder emails include the personalized Zoom link
Both you and the customer get calendar invites with the link embedded
If the appointment is rescheduled or canceled, the Zoom link updates accordingly
