Adding contacts on the go

Three ways to add a contact

1. Manual

  1. Tap Contacts in bottom nav

  2. Tap "+" (top right)

  3. Fill in name, phone, email; add tags and notes

  4. Save

2. Scan a business card

  1. Tap Contacts → "+" → Scan Card

  2. Frame the business card in the camera viewfinder

  3. LeadConnector OCRs the card and pre-fills name, phone, email, company, address

  4. Verify the parsed fields, edit anything wrong, and Save

3. Import from your phone's contacts

  1. Tap Contacts → "+" → Import from Phone

  2. Grant contacts permission when asked

  3. Search and select one or more contacts to import

  4. Add tags before saving (e.g., "trade-show-feb-2026")

TIP — Always tag at point of capture

Tag a new contact with where they came from (e.g., "trade-show-feb", "customer-referral", "facebook-ad") at the moment you create them. Untagged contacts are dead weight — you can't segment, you can't attribute, you can't follow up intelligently.
