Things you can ONLY do on the web app (not mobile)

  • Build/edit workflows and automations

  • Build/edit funnels and websites

  • Send mass marketing email campaigns

  • Edit calendar settings (you can book/manage from mobile, just not configure)

  • Manage user permissions and settings

  • Most reporting (mobile shows summary widgets only)

  • Bulk contact import

  • Stripe / payment configuration

Things mobile is BETTER for

  • Replying to customer messages quickly during the day

  • Taking phone calls from your business number while away from your desk

  • Adding contacts at events, on job sites, or in the field

  • Checking today's appointments and getting directions

  • Receiving real-time notifications about leads

  • Scanning business cards

Battery & data tips

  • Active VoIP calls use roughly the same battery as a regular call

  • Background notifications use minimal data (~10–20 MB/month for a typical user)

  • Heavy inbox use over cellular: budget 50–100 MB/month

  • Disable auto-download of message attachments on cellular if you're on a small data plan (Settings → Data Usage)

TIP — Pair the app with a smart watch

Apple Watch and Wear OS both surface LeadConnector notifications (SMS and missed calls). Tap to dismiss or open on phone. For owners who can't always pull out their phone, this is the difference between catching a hot lead and missing it.

Logging out and securing

  1. Profile icon → Settings → Log Out (use this when sharing a device or switching staff phones)

  2. Lost or stolen phone: ask an Admin to remove your user from the sub-account, which invalidates all your sessions

  3. Always use a phone passcode/biometric — anyone with your phone unlocked can see customer data
