Taking calls on your business number

LeadConnector lets you make and receive calls from your Intellivizz CRM phone number directly through the app — your customers see your business number, not your personal cell.

Making an outbound call

  1. Open a contact record

  2. Tap the phone icon

  3. Choose: Mobile (call from your phone, caller ID = your personal number) or Inbound App (VoIP through LeadConnector, caller ID = your business number)

  4. Most of the time you want "In-App Call" so the contact sees your business number

Receiving an inbound call

  • If forwarding is set to "Mobile App", inbound calls ring through LeadConnector with a notification

  • If forwarding is set to "Mobile Number", calls ring your personal phone normally and LeadConnector logs them after the fact

  • If you don't pick up: voicemail (or Missed Call Text Back, see Phone System guide)

Call quality troubleshooting

Symptom Likely cause Fix
Choppy / dropped audio Weak Wi-Fi or cellular signal Switch network or move location
Echo on calls Bluetooth headset issue or speaker on Use wired headset or device speaker only
Calls don't ring app Background app refresh disabled Enable in iOS/Android settings

WARNING — Emergency calls

Never use the LeadConnector in-app calling for 911 or emergency services. VoIP calls don't reliably route to local emergency dispatchers. Always use your phone's native dialer for emergencies.
