Calendar & appointments on mobile

Viewing your day

  • Tap the calendar icon in bottom nav

  • Switch between Day, Week, and Month with the toggle at the top

  • Tap an appointment to see contact, type, location/link, and notes

Booking an appointment from mobile

  1. Tap the "+" button on the calendar screen

  2. Pick a contact (or create one new)

  3. Pick the calendar (e.g., "Consultation")

  4. Pick a time slot

  5. Add notes and tap Save — customer gets the confirmation email/SMS automatically

Rescheduling and cancelling

  • Open the appointment → "Reschedule" lets you drag to a new time and the customer is auto-notified

  • "Cancel" sends an SMS/email cancellation notice and frees the slot

  • "Mark as completed/no-show" updates reporting and triggers any post-appointment workflows

TIP — On-site / mobile services

If you do on-site work (HVAC, plumbing, mobile pet grooming, etc.), enable location capture per appointment. The booking address shows as a one-tap deep link to Apple Maps or Google Maps with directions.
