Device requirements

  • iOS 14.0 or later (iPhone 6s and newer)

  • Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later

  • Internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) - most features require it

  • Camera and microphone permissions for calls and document scanning

First-time login

  1. Open LeadConnector

  2. Tap "Login"

  3. Enter the same email and password you use at app.intellivizz.ai

  4. If you have 2FA enabled, enter the code from your authenticator app

  5. Allow notifications when prompted

  6. Allow microphone access when prompted (required for calls)

  7. Allow camera access (optional - needed for business card scanning)

WARNING — Stick with the official LeadConnector app

Only use the LeadConnector app published by LeadConnector LLC - it's the only one that works with Intellivizz CRM. Verify the publisher before installing.

Switching between sub-accounts

If you have access to multiple sub-accounts (e.g., you manage Intellivizz CRM for several businesses), tap the account name at the top of the side menu to switch. Each switch reloads the app with that sub-account's data.
