Exporting your data and account closure

You own your data. At any point, you can export contacts, conversation history, calendar events, payments, and workflow data.

Exportable data types

  • Contacts (CSV) — Contacts → Bulk Actions → Export

  • Conversations (CSV or JSON) — Settings → Data Export

  • Calendar events (ICS) — each calendar's settings page

  • Payments and invoices (CSV) — Payments → Export

  • Workflow logs (CSV) — Automation → Workflow → History → Export

  • Files and media (ZIP) — Settings → Data Export → Media Bundle

Request a full data export

53.    Settings → Data Export → "Request Full Account Export"

54.    Choose ZIP archive (recommended) or split files

55.    Confirm via email — large exports complete in 24–72 hours and you'll get a download link

56.    Download links expire after 7 days for security

Customer data deletion requests (GDPR / CCPA)

If a contact requests deletion of their data under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), or similar law:

57.    Find the contact in Contacts

58.    Open their record → click the three-dot menu → "Permanently Delete & Forget"

59.    This removes the contact, their conversation history, and any stored PII — not reversible

60.    Compliance log retains a record of the deletion request itself

NOTE — HIPAA-specific deletion (Medical plan)

If you're on the Medical (HIPAA) plan, deletion of PHI follows separate procedures with retention requirements that may legally prevent immediate hard-delete. Contact your compliance specialist before deleting any patient record.

Closing your Intellivizz CRM account

If you decide to leave Intellivizz CRM:

61.    Run a full data export and confirm you have everything you need locally

62.    Cancel any active recurring billing for your customers (Stripe subscriptions stay live until you cancel them)

63.    Email [email protected] with subject "Account Closure Request"

64.    Your account is deactivated within 1 business day; data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted

65.    No long-term contracts means no cancellation fees — you only pay for the current month

Pausing instead of closing

If you just need to pause for a month or two (seasonal business, vacation, parental leave):

  • Email [email protected] to request a pause

  • Pausing freezes your subscription, retains all data, and disables outbound

  • messaging — inbound messages still queue for when you return

  • Resume at any time with a single email
