Updating your personal profile

Your personal profile contains your name, contact info, signature, and the avatar that appears on emails you send and on team members' screens.

How to update your profile

1.    Click your avatar in the top-right corner

2.    Click "My Profile"

3.    Update any of the following fields:

  • First and last name (appears on outgoing email signatures)

  • Email address (used for login and internal notifications)

  • Phone number (used for internal alerts and 2FA)

  • Avatar / profile picture (square image, 200×200 px or larger)

  • Email signature (rich text, supports your logo and links)

  • Default "From" name on outgoing emails

1.    Click "Save"

TIP — Build a strong email signature

A good signature includes: your full name, role, business name, direct phone, your booking link, and your logo. Avoid promotional banners or large images — they trigger spam filters and lower deliverability.

Connecting your calendar to your profile

Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook so your availability syncs two-way with Intellivizz CRM appointments. Once connected, the system avoids double-booking you.
