Notifications keep you informed of customer activity - new messages, missed calls, appointments booked, payments received - across email, SMS, browser push, and the LeadConnector mobile app.
1. My Profile → Notifications
2. You'll see a grid: each row is an event, each column is a channel (email, SMS, in-app, mobile push)

WARNING - Don't notify yourself by SMS for every customer text
If your business volume is more than ~30 customer messages per day, getting an SMS alert for every one will quickly become noise - and add to your monthly SMS bill. Mobile push notifications via the LeadConnector app are free and just as fast.
Workflows can also notify specific team members when events happen - for example, alert the on-call manager when a high-value lead comes in. These are configured inside individual workflows, not in this profile screen.
